We no longer take registrations online. We only take registrations by phone, snail mail or in person at the shop.

Here are a few questions with the respective answers that you may have on your mind -- 

Will it cost the same and will you still have the add-on days of Wednesday/Thursday?
Yes, the cost continues to be $100 for the Friday-Sunday 3 Day retreat. Wednesday and Thursday may be added at the cost of $50 for each day.

Will we have to wear masks?
Masks are no longer required unless circumstances should change.

Will we still have a Pot Luck on Friday nights and the Saturday night Soup Supper?
We are returning to our Friday Night Potluck & our Saturday night Soup Supper. Breakfasts and Lunches are on your own. 

How many attendees will there be?
Our retreat center seats 20 Retreaters and our Hostess.

I want to attend with some of my friends. How can I find out how many seats are left in the retreat I want to attend?
You can call us at the shop to find out how many seats remain in each retreat.  (805) 693-0174

Will you be changing your cancellation policy moving forward?
No. At this time we will not be changing our policy. Should you become ill with Covid or any other illness prior to the Retreat we would expect you to do the responsible thing and cancel as to not expose anyone else.

CONTINUING CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to make sure that everyone understands our cancellation policy BEFORE you register for a retreat. We make no exceptions to this policy. Sorry to sound so stern but we need to keep this "black and white" policy fair for everyone. The following is our current and continuing cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel, you must contact us either by telephone or in person. Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to retreat date will receive a full refund at time of cancellation.

If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the retreat, a full refund will only occur if your seat is filled from our waiting list. Every attempt will be made to fill your space from our waiting list, however we do not begin taking names for our waiting list until a retreat is sold out.

If your space is filled from our waiting list, we will refund your fee after the date of your cancelled retreat, or you may use your refund toward the purchase of a future open retreat date.

Retreat fee does not constitute "ownership" of your space. You may not sell, trade or barter your space to anyone else.
