Registration starts December 15th at 8am.
We will be posting the complete information document and registration form on December 15 and we will attempt to answer questions you may have regarding our new policies that address the retreat and how we are going to handle having our retreats during this pandemic. This will include policies that may or may not require you to wear a mask at the time of your retreat and any requirement we are enforcing regarding Covid 19 vaccines.

On Dec. 15 you will be able to register online, as well as by phone, snail mail or in person at the shop. 
We are still working on the website pages, online shopping cart and registration download links.
Please check back in the upcoming days as these will be activated prior to December 15.

Dawn and I do not have any employees at the moment so anything you can do to help us streamline the registration process will be greatly appreciated. We have tried to think of everything but there is sure to be something we may have missed. If you have a question, please call us at the shop, 805-693-0174, rather than email.

Here are a few questions with the respective answers that you may have on your mind -- 

Will it cost the same and will you still have the add-on days of Wednesday/Thursday?
Yes, the cost will continue to be $100 for the Friday-Sunday 3 Day retreat. Wednesday and Thursday may be added at the cost of $50 for each day.

Will we have to wear masks?
As of the time of this publication, Santa Barbara County is still mandating masks to be worn indoors for all businesses. So, yes, as of now. Here is the County website for you to check accurate Covid protocols -- https://publichealthsbc.org

Do we have to be vaccinated?
Yes, for our customers as well as our own safety we will require attendees to be vaccinated.

Will we still have a Pot Luck on Friday nights and the Saturday night Soup Supper?
At the time of this publication, no. We do not yet feel comfortable with this. However we will continue to ask on the Registration Form for this information. When we mail out the Retreat Confirmations one month prior to attendance, we will let you know then what the meal situation is at that time.

So if there is no Pot Luck and no Soup Supper, what about meals?
We encourage you to support our many local dining options. You may also bring your own meals and use our microwave or convection oven for preparation. We do ask that you clean up our kitchenette should you choose to use these facilities. We apologize, but are doing what we think is best at this time.

Have you changed the number of attendees?
No we will still be seating 20 Retreaters and our Hostess.

Will you be changing your cancellation policy moving forward?
No. At this time we will not be changing our policy. Should you become ill with Covid or any other illness prior to the Retreat we would expect you to do the responsible thing and cancel as to not expose anyone else.

CONTINUING CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to make sure that everyone understands our cancellation policy BEFORE you register for a retreat. We make no exceptions to this policy. Sorry to sound so stern but we need to keep this "black and white" policy fair for everyone. The following is our current and continuing cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel, you must contact us either by telephone or in person. Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to retreat date will receive a full refund at time of cancellation.

If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the retreat, a full refund will only occur if your seat is filled from our waiting list. Every attempt will be made to fill your space from our waiting list, however we do not begin taking names for our waiting list until a retreat is sold out.

If your space is filled from our waiting list, we will refund your fee after the date of your cancelled retreat, or you may use your refund toward the purchase of a future open retreat date.

Retreat fee does not constitute "ownership" of your space. You may not sell, trade or barter your space to anyone else.
