Corners and Borders - The Ins and Outs

Get comfortable with using corners and borders to add more customized look to your quilting projects using ProStitcher Premium.
Rotating your quilt doesn't always have to be your default process.
Learn to select designs and use the quilt tops themselves to chunk out beautiful borders.
You'll also learn how to re-size, rotate and group corner and border designs.
We will also cover options when matching corner designs are not available to pair with the border design you've chosen.
Class will begin at 10 am and conclude at 4 pm

| Skill Details: | Must have a comfortable working knowledge of your longarm and HandiQuilter ProStitcher Premium. |
| Materials Included: | Batting, thread, front and backing fabrics provided. |
| Requirements: | This class is specifically designed for existing ProStitcher customers who are looking to expand their knowledge of border and corner designs using the features on ProStitcher Premium. Students must be familiar with the use of ProStitcher Premium. If you are using a prior version of PS you will need to upgrade and become familiar with the features and locations of all buttons and ribbons prior to class. |

| Instructor Bio: | Dawn is the owner and educator at The Creation Station Fabric & Quilt Shop in Buellton, CA. She became a HandiQuilter dealer in 2012 with no prior longarm skills. Thrown into the deep end her skills were quickly acquired through trial by fire. Dawn is almost exclusively a ProStitcher quilter, learning the ins and outs of the program years prior to the fancy buttons and upgrades provided to all PS customers today. Dawn does not consider herself computer literate but has been able to master PS and has a real passion and patience for teaching others how to use ProStitcher and it's amazing features using her hands-on approach in a non-technical manner that all are able to appreciate. Her teaching goal is for each student to feel confident and independent so that they can get the most that this amazing program has to offer. |
